| 4 | quarts | medium cukes |
| 1 | quart | cider vinegar |
| 1 | cup | pickling salt |
| 3 | quarts | water |
| 1 | per jar | clove of garlic |
| 2 | pieces | dill in each jar |
| Directions
Wash 4 quarts medium cukes and let stand overnight in cold water. Sterilize jars and lids. Drain cukes. Put dill in bottom of jar, add cukes, a clove of garlic, and then more dill. Combine 1 quart cider vinegar, 1 cup pickling salt, and 3 quarts water. Bring to a boil in a glass, stainless steel, or enamel pan. Fill jars to top. Seal and store at least a month. |
