Spicy Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Qty Unit of Measure Ingredient
1/4 cup soy sauce (I used the less salt version)
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried mustard
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
5 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tbsp. chopped parsley OR cilantro
1   pork tenderloin (about 12 ounces trimmed)
Directions:
  1. Combine soy sauce, sugar, cumin, mustard, paprika, garlic and oregano/cilantro in plastic food storage bag. Add tenderloin to bag. Push out air; seal. Refrigerate and let marinate for 30 to 60 minutes. (I did it overnight).
  2. grill for 10 minutes or broil for 10 to 12 minutes depending on your desired level of doneness.
